NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR PROCESS WATER TREATMTENT

Better effluent treatment plants will deliver our biggest improvements in water reduction through opportunities to reuse treated process waste water.

NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR COOLING TOWER OPERATION

We have been piloting new technology in our cooling towers to help us reduce the amount of water and chemicals we use. 

RAINWATER HARVESTING

Manufacturing sites in Malaysia provide many good examples of how rainwater is used for factory utilities such as cooling towers, boilers, manufacturing processes  and toilet flushing.

WATER REUSE IN THE AMERICAS

The process cooling water that was formerly discharged as effluent is now collected and treated with a carbon filter. The water is then reused, saving around 5% of total water use.

    Different country have different ways to reuse or reduce their water .It is good that we could knew different kind of water treatment from some country.And also it is a good example to show that there are different brilliant in the country.

    It is good to know that Malaysia has something like this... but how much is 5% of total water usage??

    Hope that in the future there will be more advance technology that can reduce pollution. These ways are good ways to save the earth.The people who invented these is the people who care for the earth.

    Ya true the Xeros Technology,it just use little beads of balls to wash a cloth without using water!How amazing is that !

    In a cooling tower fill media replacement, we completely remove the fill from each tower cell, angle grind and metal patch all metal surfaces, seal the seams, and re-coat internal, wetted surfaces with a two part epoxy coating, - Belzona Immersion Grade. Once the towers are refurbished you can expect another 15 -20 years of useful life expectancy at a fraction of the cost of replacing them with new towers.So,it is better to use cooling tower refurbish rather than replace bond water!!

    ya i agree:D and in addition to following simple steps to watering wisely, using water-efficient technologies can make a big difference in keeping your home irrigation system running efficiently without a lot of effort on your part.I vote for this<3
