The origin of bad ozone

When gasoline and coal are burned, nitrogen oxide gases (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) are released into the air. During the warm, sunny days of spring, summer and early fall, NOx and VOC are more likely to combine with oxygen and form ozone. During those seasons, high concentrations of ozone are often formed during the heat of the afternoon and early evening, and are likely to dissipate later in the evening as the air cools.

  4. After watching this video,I realized that ozone contains relatively high concentrations of ozone (O3), although it is still very small with regard to ordinary oxygen.
It is vitally important to life because it absorbs biologically harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation coming from the sun

  10. If there is no ozone layer, the icebergs will melt into sea water & low lands will be covered by water!!People might also get skin cancer due to sun rays!!
